After charging me an additional €39 for customs fees, the product doesn't work. The infrared light doesn't heat up. It seems like a complete scam to me. Never give money that isn't mentioned in the advertisement, since you won't get that money back. The seller doesn't want to refund my money at the moment.

I couldn’t be happier with this panel. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and i feel like i’m already getting good results. I’m mainly using it for pain and inflammation. Recently, i had foot surgery. The panel helped me tremendously in reducing post- operation swelling in the recovery. I would like recommended the panel to others.
Everything was perfect and the product is clearly very powerful. I checked the near infrared on my phone and the colour was vibrant pink so clearly lots of rays coming off. There are no instructions but it's easy to work it out child's play. 👏

Absolutely fantastic! The customer service i've experienced has been outstanding. First off, i asked about emf levels, and they sent me photos of them holding an emf reader to the machine. I checked when it arrived, and i'm happy! They also helped me find the right screws m6 and 4-point suspension hanger (which comes with the 1500 watt version but not the 1000 watt version) so that i can rig it up flat. I'm very happy with the price, postage and quality of the machine. It doesn't come with instructions but there are loads of books that can help you get the time/distance correct. I've worked the machine out to be about 53 mw/cm squared at 50 cm. That's powerful.
